Moral education

I.G.M. Senior Secondary Public School has been established in 1985 for enhancing and encouraging education in the State of Rajasthan. We provide a learning environment which is caring, motivating and supportive, allowing all students to achieve their personal best, and talented students of I.G.M. have secured state and district merits in various board examinations.
I.G.M. Public School Samiti was established in 1985 in the memory of our former and first lady Prime Minister, Shrimati Indira Gandhi. The Samiti runs several schools and a teachers training college in Jaipur.

Classes run from Nursery to Class XII, with separate courses for Hindi and English medium students. The school year combines terminal examinations with class tests and internal assessment, so families know where a child stands throughout the year.

Excursions and tours
The school arranges, from time to time, well-planned picnics, excursions and tours in order to acquaint the students with the life and environment of different places.
School conveyance
The school provides transport facility to the students who want to avail themselves of it. The conveyance charges are according to distance.
Medical examination
Regular medical attendance is provided to the students by a medical assistant on the campus.
Laboratories
We have physics, chemistry and biology laboratories to support the science stream, and a well-equipped computer lab with the latest computers.
Uniform
Attending the school in proper and prescribed uniform is compulsory. To maintain uniformity of colour, quality of textile and pattern, the suppliers have been asked to arrange the supply of the same in the school itself.
Activities
The school provides a wide field of activities organized by various clubs: music, dance, dramatics, drawing and painting, art and crafts, debates, quiz programmes and environmental awareness. Parents are requested to encourage their children to participate.
Merit cards
Merit cards are given to deserving students as a token of appreciation of behaviour, cooperation, service, persevering effort and remarkable achievement.
Evaluation and promotion
Throughout the academic year, besides the terminal exams, class tests and internal assessment are taken, and they are of paramount importance for students with regard to promotion to the next class.
